refreshAddressResolution() keeps getting called from the timer. Until all name
resolutions have been done, host_name_lookup_process(), as called from
refreshAddressResolution(), returns TRUE, the addressResolutionChanged() signal
gets emitted, and the visible packets get redissected.

The redissection clears whatever selections have been made in the current
packet's protocol tree.
