I'm used to compare multiple network traces by opening them simultaneously in
different Wireshark instances. This seems to be the only way to perform a quick
switch between different network traces, since wireshark doesn't support tabs.
Opening several instances is really informative especially if you have two
monitors at your working place.
The latest portable wireshark version doesn't allow opening another instance.
It reports the following: "Another instance of Wireshark is already running.
Please close other instances of Wireshark before launching Wireshark Portable".
The latest build working fine with multiple instances is 1.12.9. Upgrading to
1.99.0 results into issue reproduction.
This scenario was already discussed for older versions in scope of
https://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-users/201012/msg00010.html. That
thread treats behavior as a bug, so I treat current reoccurrence as a bug too.
