Are these times in the packet list or packet details window?

Are these absolute or relative times?

For absolute times, would this be a format giving a possibly non-integral
number of seconds since the Epoch, so that, for example, the time when I ran a
small test program (a short time ago), of 1455798840 seconds since the Epoch,
would be 1455798k840, or 1G455M798k840, or something such as that?

(BTW, would that be "k" or "K", for thousands of seconds? That applies both to
absolute and relative times.)
