Add fixed position mode, where each message (type) is assigned to a specific
line (on packet list) the first time it occurs, and all further messages of the
same type are written to the same line. The type of a message is determined by
selected columns. Packet Details and Packet Bytes windows are updated in real
time during capturing with values from highlighted message. Relative time is a
time difference between messages of the same type. Message number is a
consecutive number of a captured message type. Example attached.
