With the change of default decoding of MLPS payload in Wireshark 2.0.x we're
having troubles decoding the payload. This can be resolved in Wireshark by
setting the default dissector but the same doesn't work for tshark which many
internal tests rely upon.
Dissection worked correctly in 1.12.x version we were using before.
