As indicated in the DLL properties, this plugin was compiled against Wireshark
1.12.0-rc2 source code.
Wireshark does not ensure backward compatibility for plugins / APIs between
major releases so it's not surprising to get a crash here. The exported field
info from the plugin does not match the structure used in 2.0 code base
(checked with a debugger).
You should get in touch with Nordic Semiconductor so that they provide you an
updated DLL (or the DLL source code as they are required per GPLv2+ - their
downloadable zip does not seem to include it - so as recompile it yourself).
