So are you saying that an unsigned driver, when installed on an OS that
enforces driver signature, and thus presumably doesn't actually install the
driver, can cause some or all USB peripherals to be unusable?  And that driver
isn't the driver for those devices?

I.e., *refusing* to install a third-party add-on driver can disable your
keyboard and mouse?

Has somebody informed Microsoft about this?  I'm not sure why a rational person
would have allowed an OS with a "feature" like that to be released.
