RTI sends special RTPS packets in the domain 0 (when an internal configuration
is enabled). These packets start by RTPX instead of RTPS. However, the content
of the packet is exactly the same.
I am creating a patch in Gerrit to add the dissection of this kind of packets.
I am creating here a bug so I can attach a Wireshark capture.
