The "new" spec is not quite so new. The complete BACnet Norm 135-2012 is not
freely available but would need to be bought from ASHRAE. The Addendum, that
defined the new options for alarming is free though and available at:

I will provide a log later (the one I have is from a customer; I do not know if
I am allowed to share that one).
