Hello,

For historical reasons OBEX is currently supported only for Bluetooth, so it
named "btobex". But I can see it probably can be used for other transport
layer, just add it for DecodeAs and try it. Of course there is a lot of
Bluetooth specific things (within dissector name), but there should be possible
to extract generic OBEX dissectors with quite small costs.

Please upload example logs where OBEX is used over USB, TCP or whenever you
want (or not). I will check that.
