In the profiles popup in the lower right corner there is no difference between
personal and global profiles, and it's difficult to understand why there is
multiple profiles with the same name.

In GTK the global profiles are available from a sub-menu called "Copy from
Global", which is actually whats happening when selecting a global profile.

In the Configuration Profiles dialog the global profiles are marked with a
italic font, but this is not explained anywhere and it's not possible to
understand that a new personal profile will be created based on the global
profile.

In GTK the global profiles are marked with a checkbox and a tooltip describing
that they will be copied to users profiles when used.
