The double and triple spacing is intentional (for now at least) and duplicates
the behavior of the GTK+ UI. Ideally we should dynamically adjust line heights
to match the number of lines of column text in each packet but as described in
g30ff173, that's tricky to do correctly. For 2.0 the Qt UI sets a uniform line
height based on the packet with the most newlines. Hopefully we can do
something better in 2.2.
