Can you open %APPDATA%\Wireshark\recent_common in a text editor and see what
the values of gui.geometry_main_x and gui.geometry_main_y are? I can replicate
the issue here on Windows by changing them to a location off screen.
It looks like GTK+ and Qt might have different notions of the desktop origin on
multimonitor systems such that a valid location for one is off-screen for the
other.
