Peter is making reference to your local Wireshark configuration, not your
network configuration.
Most probably you have a preference set that forces Wireshark to decode port
4043 as SSL.
Could you please attach to this bug your Wireshark personal configuration
folder? Its location can be found thanks to Help -> About Wireshark -> Folders
tab.
