configure does not understand lua path specified as
--with-lua=/usr/include/lua5.2 

configure code seems to be expecting $dir/include/lua.h to exist, which (I am
guessing) picks up lua53 at /usr/include/lua.h, but does not follow the
recommended lua path. This is a requirement to get around Bug 10881, as
luabitop does not work with lua5.3
