I need to check but if you say always have a FCS for frame with no FCS, the
dissection is incorrect.

I prefer add a comment to say "Don't use Type 0, it is buggy, prefer type 3..."
for peek type, i have may be a idea (add signal check to but no don't break
peek dissector for Cisco...)
