The only thing Wireshark knows about the rpcap protocol is how to dissect it
when it's viewing rpcap traffic between two machines. It's WinPcap that
actually communicates with rpcapd.
What versions of WinPcap are Wireshark 1.8.4 and Wireshark 1.12.4 using?
