Included in https://code.wireshark.org/review/8382 is making the Context
(megaco.context) field an integer value instead of a string.  I think the OP's
assessment of the bug is accurate, but I'm not sure that it warrants
backporting.  The change in datatype may cause more harm than good (even if
just that part of the patch is backported).
