Comment # 4 on bug 10909 from Michael Mann

The issue for this particular capture is the MEGACO layer starts with a space
character.  The "short form" is denoted with the ! character, and it's assumed
to be the first character in the MEGACO layer.
The "original" check for the ! character takes whitespace into consideration. 
The same check halfway through the dissection doesn't.
