I find the way to reproduce this issue.
1) don't connect to any network, the open dialogue can't popup
2) connect with Chinese IP address, the open dialogue can't popup
3) connect to my company network via VPN(American IP address), the open
dialogue can popup normally
4) connect to my company network directly(American IP address), the open
dialogue can popup normally
Based on above findings, It seems wireshark QT has wrong default
configuration about the capture interface although I don't know where the issue
is. I don't think wireshark QT checks IP address when opening file (File ->
Open).
I suspect it is related to Preferences -> Capture setting. The default
capture setting is "Bluetooth Network Connection". When I tried to change to
another capture interface such as "Local Area Connection 3", wireshark QT
crashed immediately. This deserved a new bug.
