This change breaks Win32 application. It builds OK, but doesn't run. Exception
in file wsutil\ws_mempbrk_sse42.c, function ws_mempbrk_sse42_compile. Automated
build (https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/)
Wireshark-win32-1.99.3-86-ga618f1c.exe works fine, but
Wireshark-win32-1.99.3-87-ga837570.exe raises exception.
