h248.serviceChangeReasonstr filter still exists, but is now only used for H.248
files with a version > 1 since bug 7332 was merged.
As your file is a H.248 version 1, it is displayed as an octet string on
purpose.
I do not know this H.248 protocol, so I cannot say whether this is expected or
not but your current message seems to have a valid BER encoding.
This can be easily changed back but I would like a confirmation that this is
the right thing to do. Alex, could you comment on that?
