Official releases are built with MSVC2013 and Qt 5.3.1. I'm building with Qt
5.4.0 without any issue. The only requirement is to have a clean environment
(eventually touching the config.nmake file to force a rebuild of the Qt cache).
I do not have any issue with the open folder.
