I had a similar problem with Type-5 External LSAs (generated by Quagga) and
just submitted a patch for it.  That means the OSPFv2 table should be:

5 AS-External LSA: >= 36 bytes (>= 1 forwarding block(s) required)

(previously it says ">= 1 *TOS* forwarding blocks")
