Hi,

while I agree that the Stanag 4607 dissector should use another protocol name
(like s4607) to avoid the first error you got, I would personally consider that
the 'http.user_agent == tcp' filter is indeed invalid. If you search for a
string, then the quotes are requested. Otherwise it becomes impossible to
differentiate things.
