Running "tshark -n -V" on the fuzzed file produces about a 1.6GB output file
(yes, B, not M).

Running "tshark -n -V" on the *un*fuzzed file produces about a 1.5GB output
file (yes, only about 100MB less).

So this is probably just a case of "we need more time to produce the output",
not "we've found an infinite loop".
