To whom it may concern. I've encountered the same.

I got the information from Cisco TAC that it is going to be fixed in NX-OS
version 7.1 which is planned to be released around December 2014.
However, as of now, there is no rationale to backport the fix to versions <
7.0.
It's most likely that is will be backported in 7.0(5)N1(1).
