I tried your file with trunk and it decodes the SRs fine.

My fix on trunk was on 7th July this year (the link I posted on
ask.wireshark.org doesn't work).  The hash of the commit appears to be
7801a97fd86acdee8c4525be503720d791124f64.

Apologies for not back-porting to the 1.12 branch, I'm not sure what the
process is.
