I vote for two options:
[1] opening files/interfaces per tab (like webbrowsers) /* This should be
easier */

[2] split view: at least two captures opened in one tab; vertical or horizontal
split /* I hope that at beginning only opening two file in split mode can be
useful; other function like synchronization by frame number/timestamp, etc. cab
be done later [significantly later] */

In far future I have a plan to do [1], because opening fourteen Wiresharks on
one screen is not comfortable...
