Interesting idea.

I'm not quite clear on where the translations go.  Note that we don't have a
translation system; the wireshark.desktop file has translations primarily
because Fedora/Redhat supplied the translations--we just picked up the file.

Gerald, could we put the required screenshots on wireshark.org rather than some
other server somewhere?  I looked around the main web site for a while and was
mildly surprised to not find any screen shots.
