I've tested the binary, and the new multicast parsing seems like it's probably
okay.
Unfortunately, context handling appears generally broken - every stateful
compressed packet is coming out with 0s in the elided fields, the sasme it does
if it hasn't seen any ICMP Context options. (Although I can see them, and
they're parsed okay).
I'm assuming that's not a result of your change though.
