Hi Krzysztof,
I just posted a piece of code for tlv 14 and I am working on tlv 149.
Would it be possible for you to provide pcap file that propose most of sub-tlv
?
The one you attached to the BUG do have a sub-tlv type 1 but there are 8
differents sub-tlv defined for tlv 149. It would be very useful to get some
pcap with all those sub-tlv or at least the more common.
