I've been getting "User reported: {trustworthy valuable contributor} by
{trustworthy valuable contributor}." e-mails for a while, e.g. with Kurt
Knochner as the {trustworthy valuable contributor}. They always look a little
strange - why would somebody report themselves as a spammer?

I finally reported a spammer, and got another such message:

User reported: Guy Harris by Guy Harris.

I most definitely did *not* report the user "Guy Harris"; I reported somebody
else.

I think the e-mails are misformatted.
