Hi,

TLV 149 (from section 2.4
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-isis-segment-routing-extensions-02) is
already used in Juniper routers since approximately one year (from Junos 13.3:
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos14.1/topics/concept/mpls-egress-protection-layer3-vpn-overview.html
-> Context Identifier as a Stub Alias Node -> Junos calls it 'Protector TLV').

Cisco is as well committed to support Segment Routing draft. So, while both
biggest router vendors will (or are) support Segment Routing draft, it would be
good that Wireshark decodes TLV 149 used by this draft.

TLV 149 in attached pcap file was captured on production network on Juniper
router.

Thanks,
Krzysztof
