Yes, this "work-around" works for me as well, running a 2012 Retina Macbook
with Yosemite. Btw, WS build fine on Yosemite, if you had the toolchain
installed in Maverick. Only thing I needed to repair was a freetype link.
(macosx-setup complains about missing sdk, but if you do not need to reinstall
it, it's fine).
