TCP and SSL will not work if the packet length is wrong because of the FCS
issue.

It sounds like you have not changed the ERF Protocol preference yet?

Go to Edit->Preferences->Protocols->ERF and ensure that "Ethernet packets have
FCS" is unchecked.

If this doesn't work for you you may want to attach your preferences file to
the bug as well.
