install_desktop_files fix

Build Information:
1.10.8 (v1.10.8-2-g52a5244 from master-1.10)

If an out-of-source-tree build is used (i.e. cd /tmp/build;
/tmp/wireshark-1.10.8/configure; make), the install_desktop_files target fails
as $(srcdir) isn't used.

Additionally this uses install -T which is not portable.

Diff attached, from Fabian Raetz (posted at
http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=140571104528980&w=2) fixes this.
