But it reads the trailer before it returns the packet on a read, so the code
that reads the trailer can be changed to update the time stamp (that's what my
fix does; I'll try it on some NetMon 2.3 captures and see whether it works
there, but in order to handle Message Analyzer files I need to get answers to
the questions I asked the Microsoft folks).
