You should look into geting the patch into a commitable state then if it's of
importance to you, eithe by doing it yourself or by paying some one to do it.

As it hasn't been implemented the feture hasen't intereted any one with the
abillity to implement it enough to put in enough time to make it work...
Most people here do stuff on their spare time you know.
