According to the specification this would be the result:

0x07 = 07 = PREPARE SPDU
0x03 = Length Indicator
0x18 = 24 = Prepare Type PV Field (see 8.3.26.3)
0x01 =  Length Indicator
0x01 = 1: prepare for MAJOR SYNC ACK SPDU;

Frame #4
Data: 1903110105
0x19 = 25 = ABORT SPDU
0x03 = Length Indicator
0x11 = 17 = Transport Disconnect PV Field (see 8.3.9.3)
0x01 = Length Indicator
0x05 = bit 1 = 1: transport connection is released; bit 3 = 1: protocol error
(see 8.3.9.5);
