Although it looks like there is still a small leek, it's on the order of a few
hundred bytes, instead of kilobytes.
at least 2 orders of magnitude less memory leaking.
and Wireshark is now actually usable again.

That said, just toggling between displaying of 2 packets still consumes more
and more memory, so there is still some issue somewhere...
