In other words:
- I think we can and should do file records in the dissector code, not in some
other library. We need it in the dissectors for other reasons anyways, unless
you suggest wiretap start doing TCP reassembly :P
- I think the refactor of wiretap is unnecessary, since my current "ideal"
tfshark doesn't need to link with wiretap or filetap at all. (Wiretap *does*
need refactoring, e.g. around custom pcap-ng blocks and such, but that's a
different issue not related to this refactoring.)
