Add identifier to distinguish otherwise identical proto sections in a frame.

There's a problem in processing a pdml export file that has multiple 'proto'
sections of the same proto type.

In the output file divs are created with the name: 'f'<frameNum><proto>. If a
packet has three N>1 sections with the same proto type name then they all end
up with the same _javascript_:toggle_node id. When you click on any of the expand
href characters only the first section expands and contracts.

The fix is to provide different names for each section. Patch is attached.
