What does Wireshark show in the packet *detail* window when you click on one of
the AMQP packets? Does it just show TCP (and IPv4/IPv6 and the protocol stack
on which IP is running), or does it also show AMQP?
If it just shows TCP, then the AMQP dissector is not even being *called*, so
it's not displaying anything; the problem is, as Pascal suggests, probably that
the traffic isn't running over the port that the AMQP dissector expects and
registers for.
If it shows AMQP, then there's something odd going on on the AMQP dissector.
