decode frame 10028 as rtp

I've a wireshark pcap file, we are observing a crash when we follow the below
mentioned steps:
1. Go to Telephony->RTP->Show all streams->Analyze->Player->Decode(crashes
after clicking decode option)
P.S. In order to view the RTP frames in the pcap file attached , go to frame
number 10028 , right click and decode as RTP and click ok. Frame 10028 will
now be seen as RTP packet. Now Follow step number 1
