Patch for adding the software description in the OML support
Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

When I have tried to catch OML packet with information about the Software
Description (label SW_DESC). When I have tried to open the packet for see the
information inside it, I have receive this error:
Warn Dissector bug, protocol A-bis OML, in packet 15:
packet-gsm_abis_oml.c:1570: failed assertion "DISSECTOR_ASSERT_NOT_REACHED"
Wireshark don't contemplate the label SW_DESCR (OML Software description) in
the OML packet that Wireshark has catched.
