The problem with IEEE 802.15.4 + 6LoWPAN + DTLS is fixed but Green Power
dissector is broken. ZigBee Green Power has no standard NWK layer, it has NWK
stub instead. So not all ZigBee frames must always have a 16-bit source
address.

We're going to provide a small patch to enable both Green Power and IEEE
802.15.4 + 6LoWPAN + DTLS support. Please test it with these logs:
