hi Anders,
Those are the messages used in Mobile Number Portability call flow between MSC
and NPDB. Basically CalledPartyNumber shall be included in
ProvideInstruction_Start that is NP Query, RoutingNumber shall be provided in
ConnectionControl_Connect that is NP response.
You might look up the specification ETSI TS 123 066 for more details.
