For me, I saw the same issue on bug 9962, I didn't see the other issue with it
that you did fix.  More than half of the duplicates fall into this category,
the others may fall under what you originally fixed for bug 9962.  Trying to
investigate (and scolding myself for being quick on the trigger with the
duplicates)
