Switch back Windows 32 bits build to GTK2

GTK3 does not work great on Windows:
    - the GUI is quite ugly
    - features like background color in filter box does not work
    - x64 builds are still using GTK2
    - no one is putting efforts on this to fix those issues

As we are transitioning to Qt, I do not expect any improvement soon.
Let's switch back to a more user friendly GUI.
